Customized Engagements
We recognize that client needs are different and depend on the size and expertise of their human resources (HR) team. Our programs are designed to suit your needs and HR focus areas. At Harrington & Associates, we are ready to be your expert, designer, trainer and guide as you see fit!
Design, Implementation and Education
Our philosophy for total rewards design and implementation centers around education. We believe our clients must understand:
1)Their unique compensation philosophy
2)The foundation on which we have built their systems
3)The methodology and tools to administer their total rewards programs
Understanding then leads to communication. We can assist you in developing an effective communication plan to include:
- Preparing your leaders to manage change and discuss important total rewards concepts.
- Developing employee communication tools to ensure clear and consistent messaging across all demographics.
We train your HR team in the systems and strategies we design to ensure you have the ongoing support needed to succeed. Our clients’ HR teams are encouraged to attend one of our public or private compensation classes so they can learn how to maintain their program going forward.
